Interpretation

Capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings set out below, whether used in the singular or plural.

• Company means SP Trackparts, a commercial truck spare parts supplier.
• Device means any device that can access the Website, including computers, mobile devices and digital tablets.
• Service means the SP Trackparts B2B catalog website, which is provided solely for informational purposes and does not support retail checkout or binding online sales.
• Terms and Conditions means these terms and conditions, which govern access to and use of the Website by B2B distributors, fleets, and wholesale buyers.
• Third-party Social Media Service means any third-party service or content that may be linked from, displayed on or made available through the Website.
• Website means the SP Trackparts B2B catalog website, accessible from www.sptrackparts.com.
• You means the B2B distributor, fleet, wholesale buyer or other business entity accessing or using the Website, or the individual acting on behalf of that entity.

What the catalog is and is not

Catalog entries, specifications and cross-references are published to help you identify a part. They are not a warranty of fit for a particular vehicle.

Confirm the fit against the vehicle before ordering. Where a listing carries an OE number, that number identifies the reference part and does not imply the manufacturer endorses or supplies ours.

Availability and pricing

Stock levels and prices shown on the Website can change before an order is confirmed. Nothing on the Website is an offer to sell at a stated price.

A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing, not when it is placed.

Using the Website

You may browse the catalog, and copy or print pages for your own use in identifying and ordering parts.

You may not extract the catalog in bulk, whether by hand or by automated means, or republish it as a dataset of your own.

Liability

We take care that the Website is accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
